PentaMix
- The unique multifunctional cake improver of Pentaor-Foodram, manufactured
in Cyprus, for maintaining the freshness and stability of batter cakes
and muffins/cupcakes for a couple of months.
By
using the PentaMix, industrial bakeries can produce pre-packed preserved
cakes, with extended shelf stability, followed by quality similar to the
quality of fresh homemade cakes.
The
PentaMix contributes to the prepared cake quality and stability at all
levels: physical, microbial and chemical.
