- The unique multifunctional cake improver of Pentaor, for maintaining
the freshness and stability of batter cakes and muffins/cupcakes for a
couple of months.
By
using the PentaCake, industrial bakeries can produce pre-packed preserved
cakes, with extended shelf stability, followed by quality similar to the
quality of fresh homemade cakes.

PentaCake contributes to the prepared cake quality and stability at all
levels: physical, microbial and chemical.
